World debut for the new Citroen C4

The new Citroen C4 will make its world public debut at the 2010 Paris International Motor Show that is promoted to set a new standard for energy saving technology, features and equipment.

Set to arrive in New Zealand in second half of 2011, the new Citroen C4 will have several unique features including e-HDi micro-hybrid technology and latest-generation Stop & Start. This gives the C4 emissions figures of as little as 99g/km.

The new Citroen C4 includes additional safety technology including a blind spot monitoring system, a programmable speed limiter and cruise control, and the Citroen eTouch service. This service includes, among other functions, a localised emergency and breakdown call system.

The C4’s  seats come with electric lumbar adjustment and a massage function for passengers in the front.

Details of the New Zealand specifications for the new Citroen C4 will be announced, along with local model variants and pricing, when the car arrives locally in the second half of 2011.
