Trailblazer joins Colorado on 5-stars

The upcoming Holden Trailblazer – an update to the current Colorado 7 suv – has already been confirmed as 5-star safe.

The Australasian New Car Assessment Program has confirmed the rating, which the updated Colorado received earlier this month.

It comes with a range of safety technologies as standard including Antilock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Emergency Brake Assist (EBA), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) to name a few.

The large SUV provides a ‘Good’ level of pedestrian protection to adults and children in the event of a crash.

AA Motoring Services General Manager Stella Stocks says the focus on pedestrian safety is good news for everyone.

“As safety technology improves it’s good to see manufacturers focusing on how to make the roads safer for all road users, particularly our most vulnerable,” she says.
