Pagani pulls covers off Cinque Roadster

Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster fq

The Italian supercar manufacturer Pagani has just taken the wraps off its new Zonda Cinque Roadster. The brand spankers Roadster is powered by a Mercedes AMG V12 engine that outputs 678 hp and a massive 780 Nm of torque. With this engine the Roadster accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and on to 200 km/h in 9.6 seconds. The company says the Cinque Roadster is able to develop 1,45 G lateral acceleration running on road tyres.

It comes equipped with a modified version of the Carbon-Titanium chassis that has been developed to cope with the lack of a solid roof. Standard equipment includes: Traction control, ABS from Bosch, Brembo brakes with carbo-ceramic self ventilated discs and 6 piston calipers and a magnesium and titanium suspension.

Apparently only five examples of the Roadster will be built costing a tidy £1.1 million (about $2.85M NZD) per vehicle. Might pick up two.
