Maserati Quattroporte Sport ‘Awards Edition’

Maserati Quattroporte Sport ‘Awards Edition’

Maserati have been fairly quiet recently, but that doesn’t mean new vehicles aren’t on the horizon. To keep everyone on their toes, the Italian automaker will be debuting a special version of its winning Quattroporte sedan at next month’s Geneva Motor Show.

Based on the top-spec Sport GT S model, it’s named the “Awards Edition” and apparently adds an extra touch of exclusivity to the Quattroporte. The exterior is painted in an all-new hue called Quarzo Fuso and also features exterior chrome trim that matches-up with 20-inch Multi Trident wheels. Sitting behind the wheels are a revised set of Brembo brakes, with polished calipers that have a mirror-effect finish.

Inside, Alcantara leather mucks in with brushed aluminum door sills and piano black satin-finish wood moldings.

European customers can order the Quattroporte Sport GT S “Awards Edition” from the second half of this year. Pricing information will be given out on application, but it’s not going to be cheap.
