The popular seven-seat Holden Captiva’s limited production Captiva Equipe is on sale this weekend.
“With more than 1000 new Captiva already sold this year, the arrival of the limited production model will strengthen the appeal of what is consistently one of the bestselling models not only in our range, but in the whole of the country,” says Holden New Zealand managing director Kristian Aquilina.
He adds that its value proposition includes its seven-seat functionality, which is favoured by families.
Safety comes in the form of a seven-inch multifunction colour touchscreen which provides good resolution for the rear view camera and also doubles as a handy way to judge distance when reversing to hitch up a trailer or boat, as well as ISOFIX child seat anchorage fixtures. This has been acknowledged by ANCAP via its five-star rating.
The Captiva Equipe also features the Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity system as well as passive entry and start with sensor key and an electric eight-way driver seat.
The recommended selling price of this 2.4-litre, four-cylinder model is $35,990, including extras such as a factory-fitted electric sunroof, 18″ unique alloy wheels, roof rails and leather appointed seat trim and front fog lamps, and on-road costs. Roadside Assistance and a three-year warranty come as standard.
