BMW to celebrate Mille Miglia win with limited edition Z4

To celebrate the 70th anniversary of its historic victory in the Mille Miglia race in Brescia, when the now classic BMW 328 took first place and an overall team victory, the German automaker has announced that it will build a limited edition Z4 sDrive35is Mille Miglia.

Only 99 examples will be built and each Z4 Mille Miglia edition will be finished in a Polaris Metallic matte paint job with a blacked-out front grill. A BMW M aero kit and 19-inch rims finished in a dark chrome will drive home the unique look. The cabin will also receive special treatment with seats and steering wheel getting a dash of red stitching. The limited edition model will also receive special badging inside and out.

BMW’s standard 340-horsepower turbocharged 3.0-litre inline six will provide motivation and it will be matched up to a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
