The new Land Rover Defender arrives – hello 1948

Apparently the new Land Rover Defender can trace its lineage back to the original in 1948. That’s very quaint. It’s also a bold move because there’s no way in hell I’d want to drive anything that was build in 1948. The Classic Car boys would get their glasses steamed up over something that born about the same time as my parents, but I like the creature comforts of the modern age. If the new Landie is anything like the old one you’ll see the panel gaps before you see the car itself! Ouch!!
