Mazda2 – first impressions

With its swept-up bodywork and slightly squinty headlights, I think if Mazda had put the wheels any nearer the rear corners of the Mazda2, they would fall off. I picked it up yesterday and took it for a drive around the Stonefields area and Ihumatao (where’s that, I hear you ask). Well, hardly anyone knows where it is because unless you live there, there is virtually no reason to go there. It’s a small village, surprisingly close to Auckland and the airport which is gradually being approached by commercial development at Airport Oaks. But at the moment, it’s a great place to find photo locations with no one around.

Bill Gates could bail them out, but he wouldn't. GM's staggering loss is obviously designed to get it all out...
